About the role
Working closely with the class teacher, you’ll support daily classroom activities and help pupils develop essential early learning skills.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Supporting phonics, reading and early maths activities
* Assisting pupils during lessons and group work
* Helping children stay focused and engaged
* Supporting classroom routines and transitions
* Encouraging positive behaviour and participation
You’ll play an important role in helping pupils build confidence in their learning.
