We are looking for Home Care Assistants / Carers / Care Workers to join our Rapid Response team in Sheffield. Duties will include responding to short‑notice care needs, hospital discharges, and supporting the team with care planning, assessments and quality checks. Sheffield S35: Chapeltown, High Green
Shifts available
* Block shift
* 2 week rolling rota
o Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday
o Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday and Friday

Your role as a Home Care Assistant
* Assisting with personal care routines (washing, dressing, toileting)
* Supporting medication and meal preparation
* Helping with light domestic tasks and grocery needs
* Providing companionship and emotional support
