This is not a traditional EA role. The position blends high-level executive support with operational oversight, investor relations coordination, and people-focused initiatives. You will play a key role in ensuring the Managing Partner is enabled to focus on strategic priorities while the business runs smoothly and efficiently around them. The Role: This is a broad and impactful role supporting the Managing Partner across all facets of the business. You’ll act as an extension of their office — driving efficiency, managing stakeholder communication, and taking ownership of day-to-day operational processes. Responsibilities: Executive Support Manage a complex and ever-changing diary across multiple time zones. Oversee inbox management, prioritising communications and flagging key actions. Organise international travel, compile itineraries, and manage end-to-end logistics. Prepare briefing documents, presentations, and follow-ups for internal and external meetings. Investor Relations Managed UHNW stakeholder relationships, liaising with senior leaders, external partners, investors, and trustees on all things investor relations. Develop and present high-quality reports, proposals, and decks for both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Track investor interactions and follow-ups Coordinate investor events, meetings, and roadshows. Operations Oversee daily office operations to ensure the business runs smoothly. Streamline internal processes and identify areas for operational improvement. Take ownership of supplier and vendor relationships. Ensure compliance and document control for regulatory or legal requirements. People & Culture Support the Managing Partner with onboarding, HR coordination, and employee lifecycle administration. Champion internal communication and team culture initiatives. Act as a key liaison between leadership and the wider team to ensure alignment and engagement. Requirements: Proven experience supporting C-suite or senior executives, ideally in investment management, private equity, or professional services. Exposure to investor relations and/or experience managing senior stakeholder communication. Solid operational and office management experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable managing sensitive people-related processes with discretion and professionalism. Strong business acumen, attention to detail, and ability to prioritise effectively. Highly organised, solutions-focused, and adaptable to changing demands. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools; expert-level calendar and inbox management is essential.
