Key Duties
* Collaborate effectively with the wider team to ensure the best patient care, uphold the clinic's high standards of hygiene, professionalism, and strong relationships with patients and team members.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of dental best practices & keep patient records current.
* Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
* Educate patients on maintaining optimal oral health.
* Diagnose and assess alignment problems, bite issues, and structural concerns in both adults and children.
* Provide orthodontic treatments such as fitting retainers, placing spacers, and applying bands to teeth, as well as fitting, adjusting, and monitoring braces and other orthodontic appliances.
* Monitor and track patient progress.

Key Skills and Qualifications
* Willingness to relocate to Australia
* Exceptional communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented mindset
* Unrestricted APHRA specialist registration
* Current professional indemnity insurance (or ability to obtain)
* Valid UK dental license with eligibility for Australian registration with AHPRA and associated visas (with support)
* Relevant specialist qualification recognized by the Dental Board of Australia
* Experienced periodontist with strong background in periodontics
* Commitment to high standards of patient-centered care and strong clinical skills, with willingness to learn and take on new challenges
