This role is an exciting opportunity to develop your career within a highly regarded national firm, work with a high calibre client base from the outset, and work closely with our nationally renowned Education team, which is ranked Tier 1 and receives outstanding recognition of their work from clients which is endorsed by individual rankings in Chambers and Legal 500. In addition to the Education work, there will also be opportunity to get involved in other non-contentious construction matters from our other sectors as well (the Charity and Business Sectors in particular).

Key Responsibilities
* Effectively manage an individual caseload, and delegate to and provide supervision to more junior members of the team as required
* Foster relationships with existing and new clients. Ensure that all clients receive an excellent service
* Work in a collegiate and collaborative way within an immediate Team and wider Firm environment
* Carry out work to the highest possible standard, in line with the Firm's standards, procedures and Core Values
* Work with the Business Development & Marketing Team to develop the Firm's reputation and client base
Ongoing learning is a part of career development at Stone King; we aim to be leaders in our chosen fields, often providing workshops and seminars for our people and external clients on key areas of law.
Requirements
Essential
* Qualified Solicitor or Barrister with experience in non-contentious construction matters
* Experience supervising others
* Strong potential for marketing the firm; interest in business development (e.g., seminars, networking events, workshops, pitches/tenders)
* Evidence of diversity and experience in the construction and infrastructure sector
* Strong commitment to career development and further learning
Desirable
* Qualifications in construction; senior membership of a chartered professional institution (MRICS, MCIOB or similar)
* Experience in Education, Charity and Public Sector funding
* Specialist qualifications in Alternative Dispute Resolution (arbitration and adjudication) and membership of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators
