The Role As a Service Advisor, you will be the key point of contact between customers and the workshop, ensuring every customer journey is smooth, efficient, and professional. Your responsibilities will include: Welcoming customers and delivering a first-class front-of-house experience Keeping customers fully informed throughout the service and repair process Managing bookings, follow-ups, and customer communications proactively Advising on vehicle maintenance, repairs, and service plans Completing administrative tasks accurately and efficiently Building long-term customer relationships through outstanding service and attention to detail Working closely with technicians and the wider aftersales team to ensure seamless vehicle handovers and collections About You We're looking for someone with excellent customer service skills and a genuine passion for delivering a positive customer experience.
