Job Responsibilities
1. Maintain the community buildings, hallways, and breezeways
2. Sustain cleanliness of community amenities
3. Freshen apartments as needed
4. Report repair issues as necessary
5. Assist maintenance staff
6. Provide excellent customer service to our Residents
Requirements
7. Must be 18 years old
8. One year of janitorial and/or grounds experience is preferred.
9. Valid driver's license and proof of insurance are required, along with a clean criminal background and pre-employment drug testing.
10. High School Diploma or Equivalent.
