German Customer Support Specialist

Hybrid Working - 3 Days Office Based / 2 Days Remote - Hatfield
The Role
You'll be a key point of contact for German and English-speaking customers, supporting a range of queries and ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and professionally. Working closely with internal teams, you'll help maintain a smooth customer experience while supporting day-to-day operational activity.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage incoming customer queries via internal systems and ticketing tools
* Provide support to German and English-speaking customers
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues, escalating where necessary
* Support account administration and system updates
* Maintain accurate records and internal documentation
* Assist with reporting and tracking of key operational activity
* Monitor trends and highlight recurring issues or improvements
* Support testing and quality checks following system updates or changes
* Work closely with internal teams across Operations, Product, and Customer Experience
* Share customer insight to support service improvements
What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience in a customer service or client-facing role
* Fluent German and English (written and spoken)
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Confident using Microsoft Office and internal systems
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Proactive and solutions-focused approach
* Strong time management and ability to prioritise workload
Desirable:
* Experience with CRM or ticketing systems
* Background in technology or SaaS environments
* Further education or relevant qualifications
