Robert Half are recruiting for a Finance Manager for a Swindon based business on an interim basis.12 Months, Hybrid working pattern.We are working with a well-established business in Swindon looking to appoint a Finance Manager.This is a hands-on role with real ownership, ideal for someone who enjoys getting into the detail while leading a team and improving processes.What you'll be doing:Owning balance sheet integrity (recs, controls, sign-off)Managing intercompany accounting across multiple entitiesSupporting month-end / year-end closeManaging and developing a small finance teamWorking within a large ERP environment (SAP / Oracle / Dynamics)Partnering with stakeholders to improve reporting and controlsWhat we are looking for:Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)Strong technical background (balance sheet, intercompany, IFRS)Experience operating in a large / complex businessPrevious team management or supervisory experienceConfident communicator who can add value beyond the numbersBusiness with a strong, established finance functionGood exposure to systems, controls, and process improvementRobert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
