We are looking for
Bar Staff
to serve customers in a friendly and efficient manor.
To ensure the expected high standards of customer service, health & safety, cleanliness and hygiene is maintained in the bar areas as a whole.
About The Role
Main tasks and duties
* To adhere to company's health and safety policies;
* To maintain and operate the bar area in an efficient manner;
* Excellent customer service
* To dispense drinks to customers and waiting staff;
* To serve food in an efficient manner to the customers
* To operate the cash till according to procedures;
* To document any room/folio charges according to procedures;
* To replenish stock as when required to do so;
* To ensure facilities hygiene standards are maintained;
* To promote and sell the hotel and its products with a friendly and helpful manner;
* To maintain a high standard of personal hygiene and appearance;
* To ensure effective communication to management and peers;
* To attend training courses as and when necessary;
* To ensure that due care is taken for the health and safety of yourself, other employees, residents, customers and any other persons on the premises;
* Report and where appropriate take action on any incident, fire, loss or damage;
* To report all maintenance issues and take appropriate action;
* Setting up & closing rooms for weddings/functions & general hotel use;
Any other duties and responsibilities as requested by the management.

* Must have a professional appearance
* Need transportation due to location
* Must have 1 Yrs previous bar experience gained in a quality hotel/bar
