Tasks and Qualifications
* Assist in the design and development of components within real-time software applications by building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
* Participate in peer review such as code design, test reviews and provide constructive feedback to other team members.
* Analyse user requirements and design software solutions to meet these requirements.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and integrate software components into larger systems.
* Maintain and improve existing software applications, including troubleshooting and bug fixes.
Qualifications
* B.S. Computer Science or related field
* Background or experience in Software Engineering or Automation (C on Linux)
* Scripting languages such as Python, shell scripts
* Experience of source control tools such as git
* Experience of real-time environments
* Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Gitlab Runners etc)
* Experience with automation/IaC tools such as Ansible, Terraform
* Experience with containerisation technology such as Docker, Kubernetes
* Experience of databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server
