Murray Recruitment are recruiting a permanent Receptionist for our client covering various sites throughout Lanarkshire. Role Overview: This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional and flexible individual to join an established front-of-house team on a permanent basis. The role involves supporting multiple sites across Lanarkshire, acting as the first point of contact for visitors and tenants. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a high standard of customer service in a fast-paced, corporate environment. Key Responsibilities: Deliver a professional and welcoming environment for all occupiers and visitors. Manage the access control system and ensure building security protocols are followed. Provide clear and effective communication to all occupiers. Compile and submit accurate statistical reports as required. Collaborate with the Building Manager and wider FM team to support daily operations. Handle incoming telephone enquiries in a professional and courteous manner. Skills & Experience: Previous experience in a similar position. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A confident and professional telephone manner. Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Flexible, adaptable, and proactive with a positive, can-do attitude. Strong team player, able to work effectively with others. Offering: Full-time permanent position. Working hours: Monday to Thursday 8:30am – 5:00pm, Friday 8:30am – 4:00pm. £25,552 per annum.
