Commercial Real Estate Paralegal (6 Month FTC)
Larbey Evans is working with a prestigious London law firm to hire an experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal on an initial 6- month fixed-term contract.
* Salary to £34,000
* 6-month fixed-term contract
* Standard hours and hybrid working (3 days office / 2 days home)

Commercial Real Estate Paralegal ( 6 Month FTC) Key Responsibilities :
* Case administration and document management
* Preparing draft contracts and leases and exchanging contracts
* Preparing completion statements and handling completions
* Preparing Land Registry forms
* Proof reading, copy checking, indexing, archiving, and filing
* Typing of own correspondence and bills
Commercial Real Estate Paralegal ( 6 Month FTC) Skills & Requirements :
* Must have previous Paralegal experience within Real Estate
* Educated to degree level or relevant Paralegal / CILEx experience
