Job Description
Working alongside project delivery teams or independently with support from experienced professionals, responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1. Tailoring reporting processes to meet client needs and align with best practices.
2. Delivering performance and reporting management plans based on project requirements and maturity.
3. Implementing and maintaining reporting systems to track project controls performance.
4. Establishing a robust Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB) with the Integrated Project Team and supporting change control.
5. Rolling out reporting calendars for consistent performance data delivery and analysis.
6. Defining requirements and data flows for information management systems, supporting digital teams.
7. Developing, analyzing, and maintaining corporate datasets.
8. Creating project performance reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
9. Training clients and team members on performance and reporting processes.
Qualifications
* Experience in reporting activities within project or programme environments.
* Proven ability to identify and document reporting and data requirements.
* A project controls qualification (e.g., Project Planning & Controls).
* Understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM), progress reporting, forecasting, and analysis (desirable).
* Knowledge of project controls software (e.g., Primavera P6, Active Risk Manager, Ecosys).
* Experience with data analysis tools like Power BI.
* Basic understanding of how other project controls aspects interact with reporting.
