SITE MANAGER ROOFING & CLADDING –
• Oversee the day to day running of various site
• Control and implement health and safety on site
• Manage quality control and progressive handovers of installation
• Co-ordinate site activities in line with programme sequence
• Schedule materials and deliveries in adequate time
• Attend progress meetings
• Oversee projects from start through to completion, ensuring works are completed on time
• Manage record keeping for all contract related correspondence and documentation
• Provide contract related issue resolution, both internally and externally
• Demonstrate negotiation and problem solving
• Excellent verbal communication skills Requirements for applicant:
• Ideal candidate will have a proven record of progression within a construction company
• Cladding installation experience with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a supervisory role
• Full understanding of scheduling material and organising installation teams
• Excellent health and safety management
• SMSTS
• Full Driving license
• Conflict resolution/communication skills
• Must be computer literate
