Who You Are You are a highly qualified and experienced professional with a Level 5 Diploma in leadership for Health & Social Care Services (Children and Young People’s Registered Management) in Wales & NI. You are registered with Social Care Wales and have significant experience in managing a Residential Child Care setting. You embody a ‘can do’ attitude and possess strong leadership skills, effectively managing change and service development initiatives. Your excellent communication skills and ability to negotiate and mediate make you an ideal candidate for this role. You are flexible, ready to work out of hours as needed, and able to be on-call outside office hours. A full valid driving licence and sole use of a vehicle are required. What the job involves As a Registered Manager at Cardiff Council Children's Services, you will provide leadership and management to ensure your Children's Home meets all regulatory standards, delivering high-quality care for children and young people for up to 12 weeks.
