You’re a high-performing new business seller who’s ready to step into leadership without losing your edge. You enjoy leading from the front—coaching others, setting direction and still delivering against your own target. You like working in fast‑moving sales environments and you’re comfortable selling enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions that solve real operational problems. At Access, you’ll have the chance to shape how your team sells, grow your leadership skills and make a clear impact on revenue and culture.
Day-to-day, you will:
* Lead and support a small New Business Sales team, coaching performance while delivering against your own personal target.
* Own and execute marketing qualified lead pipeline alongside self-generated opportunities, turning demand into high-quality sales conversations.
* Build and run quarterly sales campaigns using data to spot opportunity, adapt to market changes and focus effort where it matters most.
* Forecast accurately in Salesforce, embedding a clear sales methodology that drives the right behaviours as well as the right numbers.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
* Experience selling ERP solutions within sectors such as manufacturing, third-party logistics or multichannel businesses.
* Confidence using data and reporting to shape sales plans, improve conversion and increase deal value.
* Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to balance different views and make decisions quickly.
* Experience coaching sales colleagues on multi-product propositions and cross‑selling across a broader software portfolio.
