Job Title: Part-Time Social Media & Content Specialist
Location: Hybrid – Woolwich, London, UK
Commitment: Part-Time (Approx. 15–20 hours/week)
Salary: £12k to 16k depending upon experience

Role Overview: We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media & Content Specialist to enhance our brand presence across digital platforms. This role involves content creation, graphic design, video editing, and performance tracking. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media trends and be capable of producing engaging content that aligns with our brand voice.
You will gain valuable experience working within the automobile industry and contribute directly to growing our digital footprint.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Creation & Scheduling
• Develop and manage weekly/monthly content calendars
• Write engaging captions and adapt content for each platform (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
2. Graphic Design & UI Elements
• Create visually appealing graphics, banners, stories, and reel covers using Canva, Adobe Suite, or Figma
• Ensure consistent branding across all content
• Assist with visual assets for email campaigns and landing pages
3. Video Editing
• Edit short-form videos with motion graphics, subtitles, and transitions
• Repurpose long-form content into platform-friendly clips
4. Social Media Management
• Schedule and publish content across platforms
• Monitor trends, hashtags, and performance insights
• Assist with running and optimizing basic paid campaigns if needed
5. Research & Analytics
• Track weekly/monthly metrics (engagement, reach, growth)
• Analyze competitor activity and provide actionable insights
• Recommend improvements based on performance data
6. Community Engagement
• Respond to messages, comments, and mentions professionally
• Maintain a consistent and engaging tone with followers
Requirements:
• Proven experience in social media management and content creation
• Proficiency with design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma)
• Skilled in video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar)
• Strong knowledge of platform algorithms and best practices
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage tasks independently
• Excellent written communication skills in English
