We are offering an exciting opportunity to join our busy school office as an Office Administrator, reporting to the Office Manager. The role includes:
* Assisting with attendance administration
* Processing orders and invoices for finance administration
* Maintaining computerised systems, producing reports and letters
* Supporting data management and reporting
* Maintaining the school website and social media alongside the Office Manager
* Handling school communications
* Welcoming parents and visitors as a school ambassador
* Updating pupil data
* Handling sensitive/confidential situations
* Supporting reprographics
* Training as a first aider to support school safety
