They are currently recruiting a defendant personal/catastrophic injury associate.
Applicants must be 2-5 years PQE with previous multi-track defendant personal injury experience.

Your new role
This Defendant Personal/Catastrophic Injury Associate role will see you:
Manage a diverse caseload of complex liability and injury claims, including catastrophic injury matters.
Handle both pre-litigation and litigated files, up to a high multi-track level.
Advise on employers' liability (EL), public liability (PL), motor, product liability, and defective premises/property claims.
Liaise with a range of clients, including insurers, public sector clients, local authorities, restaurants, retails and clients in the leisure industry.
Conduct thorough investigations and provide strategic advice to clients.
Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills in assessing liability and quantum.
Maintain and develop client relationships through clear communication and exceptional service delivery.
Collaborate with colleagues across national and international offices on cross-border quantum investigations.
Apply knowledge of policy coverage where required.
What you'll need to succeed
UK Qualified Solicitor (2-5 years PQE) or CILEX qualified with relevant experience.
Working knowledge of policy coverage is desirable.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality outcomes.
