Retail Store Supervisor
Location: 4327B 45 Street, Rocky Mountain House, AB T4T 1A1
Salary: $36.00/hour, 32 hours per week
Terms of employment: Permanent, Full-time, Day, Weekend, starts as soon as possible, 1 vacancy
Responsibilities
* Assign sales workers to duties
* Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
* Authorize return of merchandise
* Establish work schedules
* Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
* Resolve issues, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
* Organize and maintain inventory
* Supervise and coordinate activities of workers
Work conditions and physical capabilities
* Fast-paced environment
* Work under pressure
Qualifications
* Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
* 1 to 2 years of experience
