You will work with a fast-growing Managed Service Provider as a final point of technical escalation in their support team. Primary Responsibilities:
* Technologies: Experience with Azure, Office 365, Windows, Intune, Entra ID, Networking, Cybersecurity
* Resolving Incidents: Address technical issues escalated from 2nd line support.
* Project Rollouts: Implementing projects such as full Office 365 migrations.
* System Maintenance: Conducting updates, troubleshooting network issues, and applying patches.
* User Support: Assisting staff with hardware, software, or internet problems.
* Team Collaboration: Supporting the wider 3rd line support team with complex technical problems and projects.
* Documentation: Logging issues, solutions, and system changes accurately.
