Nursery Room Leader - Baby Room, Cradley Heath
We are working with a lovely nursery based in Cradley Heath, who are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Nursery Room Leader to lead their Baby Room in a warm and welcoming nursery.
Responsibilities
* Room Leader position within the Baby Room
* Working 4 days per week
* Shift pattern, 9 hours per day
* Leading a small team and supporting high-quality care and learning for children aged 0-2
Requirements
* Level 3 qualification or higher in Childcare (essential)
* Previous experience working with babies
* Confident in leading a room and supporting staff
* Strong knowledge of the EYFS
* Caring, reliable, and passionate about early years
