* Delivering top‑tier executive coaching programs while fostering a results‑driven coaching culture.
* Serving as a key representative for the organization and cultivating relationships with corporate clients, industry partners and key stakeholders.
* Motivating and mentoring senior teams, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and vision.
* Identifying emerging needs in the executive coaching space and contributing to new programs and AI‑driven tools that support client success.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of senior management experience, with a proven track record of driving growth and excellence within coaching, consulting or executive leadership environments. Strong leadership, commercial acumen and the ability to inspire and lead coaching teams are essential. A hands‑on approach and a people‑centric leadership style, with a focus on fostering innovation and engagement, are key to success in this role.
