IFA TECHNICAL ADVISORY – L4 FINANCIAL PLANNING KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED (SUIT COMPLIANCE, PRODUCT PROVIDERS OR SALES/PARAPLANNER EXPERIENCE)

Our client, a leading financial services firm, seeks to recruit a Technical Helpdesk & Training support manager. Duties will include:
* Advising IFAs on FP sales whether investments, pensions, saving, tax & trust issues
* Assist in improving firm's written support in these areas
* Developing & delivering training support in these areas (online or face-to-face)
* Attending industry events to promote the company’s services
* Ad hoc projects as required
You must be Level 4 qualified (and willing to study for L6 with support if not yet taken) with good knowledge across investments, pensions, saving, tax & trust issues. This role may suit someone already in a Compliance role, an IFA Salesperson, a Paraplanner, or someone from a product provider (account manager or technical support) looking to move into such roles. You must also be willing to deliver training; previous training experience is not required.
