We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team. Duties
* Assist individuals with daily living activities, promoting independence and dignity.
* Develop and implement care plans tailored to each individual's needs.
* Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other professionals to ensure a cohesive support system.
* Provide childcare support, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for children.
* Maintain accurate records of care provided and progress made.
* Utilise IT skills for documentation and communication purposes.
* Drive clients to appointments or activities as needed, ensuring their safety during transport.
Qualifications
* Previous experience working with adults and children is highly desirable.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Ability to follow care plans accurately and adapt as necessary.
* IT proficiency for record keeping and communication tasks.
* A valid driving licence is preferred for transporting clients.
* A caring disposition with a passion for helping others.
