Working within building automation, the team integrates sophisticated technologies that help clients reduce energy consumption, improve occupant comfort, and enhance operational performance.The successful candidate will play a key role in the installation, programming, commissioning, and support of complex lighting control systems across a wide variety of projects.Key ResponsibilitiesProgramming and commissioning intelligent lighting control systems on-siteSurveying, diagnosing, and maintaining existing lighting control installationsDemonstrating systems to clients and end users in a clear and confident mannerProviding technical support both remotely and on-site when requiredSupporting updates, upgrades, and new product deployments in the fieldAssisting internal customer support and sales teams with technical expertiseMaintaining high standards of professionalism and protecting brand reputation at all timesAbout the RoleThis position involves a strong field-based element, primarily across London and the South East, with occasional travel further afield as required. Candidates must be comfortable with flexibility in working hours, including evenings, weekends, and occasional night work, depending on project demands. Some assignments will require overnight stays away from home, so adaptability and willingness to travel are essential.The Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate will bring a proactive, hands-on approach and be confident working in both independent and team-based environments.
