Overview
We are a growing construction company specialising in industrial and commercial projects located in Kings Hill and are looking for a Bid Administrator to join our team.
The Bid Administrator will provide administrative support to the preconstruction and estimating teams, working proactively as an integral part of these teams, in ensuring the smooth coordination of tender submissions. The role is responsible for managing team diaries, controlling and filing documentation received as part of the tender process as well as supply chain quotations received for each tender. Reporting directly into the Head of Preconstruction, this position is critical in ensuring client deadlines are met, records are accurate, and bid processes are delivered to a high standard.
Qualifications / Requirements
We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated person with good communication skills, excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to assist our Pre-Construction department. Previous experience of bid administration preferable.

Hours & Benefits
Office hours are 7.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Thursday and 7.30am to 4.00pm on a Friday. Benefits include 25 days paid holiday plus bank holidays, Holiday Purchase Scheme, Private Healthcare, Death in Service and Group Pension scheme. Salary is dependant on experience.
