Job Description:
In this maternity cover position, you will lead the Events & Experiences team through a period of exciting growth and delivery, maintaining creative excellence, strong client partnerships, and commercial success.
* Lead, inspire, and empower a team of event designers and producers to achieve creative and strategic goals
* Oversee the planning, design, and execution of global event projects, ensuring flawless delivery
* Collaborate closely with senior leaders and other departments to deliver integrated, design-led experiences
* Maintain and grow trusted relationships with high-profile clients and partners
* Uphold the brand’s creative vision and standards across all projects
* Manage budgets, workflows, and production timelines with precision and foresight
* Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities during the contract period
* Represent the Events function at senior leadership level, influencing key business decisions
Experience Required:
* Senior leadership experience within luxury events, experiential, or creative production roles
* Background in luxury lifestyle, membership, or premium brand environments
* A strong creative sensibility and passion for design-led experiences and storytelling
* Proven success in motivating and developing multidisciplinary teams
* Excellent client-facing and relationship management skills
* Financially astute with experience managing complex budgets
* Highly organised, agile, and solutions-focused
