We are currently seeking a skilled Multi Trade Operative to join a well-established contractor specialising in social housing maintenance. This role involves working on planned maintenance projects across Winchester and surrounding areas.
Compensation
* £22-24 per hour on a temp basis
* £36k to £38k on a salary basis - depending on experience
* Company van and fuel card provided
Responsibilities
* Undertake making good including patch plastering, painting, loft hatches and minor carpentry
* Perform maintenance work on planned social housing properties
* Collaborate with a reputable social housing contractor
Qualifications
* Experience in social housing maintenance
* Proficiency in at least two trades
