As HR Business Partner, you will support the UK & Ireland Commercial leadership team in talent management, performance management, employee and leadership development, employee relations, change management, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness. You will also assist in developing and implementing HR priorities aligned with global HR strategies.
What will you do?
* Serve as a consultant to leaders within the UK and European region, primarily focusing on the Commercial business and supporting other lines of business.
* Employ effective change management strategies for business transformation.
* Support organizational change by working with senior management to identify needs and implement solutions.
* Partner with the global HR team to deliver value-added services aligning with business objectives.
* Work with Talent & Organizational Capability COE to improve engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness.
* Manage TUPE projects as needed, coordinating with departments and HR leadership.
* Lead annual talent management, succession planning, performance management, and compensation processes.
* Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on recruitment activities.
* Manage employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and develop Performance Improvement Plans as needed.
* Lead HR or business initiatives related to organizational structure, culture, rewards, or effectiveness.
* Provide coaching and counseling to employees and managers on sensitive issues.
What do we look for?
* Senior HR experience in a business-facing role, with talent management and employee relations expertise.
* Change management and organizational development experience.
* Availability for a 12-month contract.
