Up to £32,000 per annum
Permanent opportunity in Wrexham
Working hours: 8am - 4:30pm Monday to Thurs and 8am - 2:30pm Friday

The Role
A global manufacturing leader is seeking a CNC Technician to set up, operate, and maintain state of the art CNC machines, delivering high-precision components that meet exacting quality standards. This vital role will involve ensuring smooth production, solving technical issues, and driving process improvements.
Responsibilities of the CNC Technician
* Configure and operate CNC machinery, interpreting technical drawings and selecting appropriate tooling.
* Adjust and troubleshoot CNC programs to optimise machining performance.
* Conduct precision quality checks to verify components meet required specifications.
* Perform routine maintenance and assist with machine repairs as needed.
* Identify, diagnose, and resolve production issues to minimise downtime.
* Drive continuous improvements in machining processes to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
* Maintain strict adherence to health, safety, and quality standards.
The Candidate
The successful CNC Technician will have the following skills and abilities:
* Experience with CNC machine setup, troubleshooting, and operation.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong problem-solving skills with a logical and structured approach.
* Enthusiastic, adaptable, and results-driven with a "can-do" attitude.
* Commitment to safety and quality at all times.
Desirable
* Familiarity with robotics, sensors, or industrial IoT technologies is desirable.
