Flavour Warehouse is looking for an experienced and driven Goods In Manager to lead the efficient receipt, storage, and movement of goods within our warehouse operation. This is a critical leadership role where you’ll be responsible for ensuring stock accuracy, workflow optimisation, and team performance - all while maintaining full compliance with health, safety, and legal standards. Key Responsibilities Lead the Goods In team to ensure the smooth and efficient receipt, put-away, and replenishment of stock. Manage the warehouse layout to optimise space utilisation and ensure safe, compliant storage of all products. Maintain effective relationships with suppliers, transport companies, and internal teams to ensure seamless operations. Ensure all incoming stock is accurately receipted and that any discrepancies are reported and escalated appropriately. Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including goods receipt, distribution, and processing of returns. Drive compliance with Health & Safety, warehousing, handling, and shipping regulations. Support the implementation and optimisation of ERP/WMS systems to improve warehouse efficiency. Develop and manage team performance through training, clear accountability, and operational discipline. Monitor key performance indicators such as receipting accuracy, turnaround time, stock put-away efficiency, and returns processing. What we’re looking for Significant experience in managing Goods In and warehouse operations, ideally within a large-scale or fast-paced environment. Proven leadership skills with a track record of driving team performance and warehouse efficiency. Strong understanding of Health & Safety and warehousing regulations. Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems and the ability to drive continuous process improvements. Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Experience in import/export logistics is a strong advantage. A hands-on, proactive approach, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
