The role focuses on attracting and hiring operational talent, working closely with hiring managers to provide a full recruitment service. What do you need? Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, within manufacturing, supply chain, or operational functions. Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates. Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Understanding of employment law, HR policies, and compliance requirements. Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and relevant online platforms for recruitment. What you will do each day Lead end-to-end recruitment for operational, supply chain, and manufacturing roles, ensuring timely and high-quality hires. Build strong partnerships with hiring managers to define role requirements, workforce planning, and talent strategies. Source, attract, and engage candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and other channels. Screen, interview, and assess candidates for skills, experience, and cultural fit. Coordinate and manage interview schedules, candidate communications, and offer processes. Maintain accurate recruitment records, metrics, and reporting to measure effectiveness and inform strategy. Promote a positive candidate experience and support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
