We have an exciting opportunity for a Domestic Abuse Practitioner to join the New Era team to support victims of domestic abuse, working 37.5 hours a week, from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, with Saturdays if required.

About The Role

As a Domestic Abuse Practitioner, you will be:

* Providing proactive, high-quality frontline service to victims of domestic violence and abuse through ongoing risk assessment, individual safety planning, advocacy, emotional and practical support.
* Working within a multi-agency framework with a focus on keeping victims of domestic abuse safe.
* Collaborating with survivors and other agencies to monitor the care pathway.


You Will Need

* The ability to identify and assess the risks and needs of domestic abuse victims using an evidence-based risk identification checklist.
