About the role
* Manage product listings, content, and brand store updates.
* Monitor and optimise keywords, SEO, and product rankings to drive visibility and sales.
* Support promotional campaigns, seasonal offers, and deal set-up.
* Maintain and update product pages, ensuring accuracy of descriptions, pricing, and imagery.
* Support digital merchandising, onsite search, and promotional activity.
* Stay on top of eCommerce and Amazon trends, competitor activity, and best practices.
About you
* Experience in eCommerce and marketplace management (Amazon experience essential).
* Good knowledge of Shopify.
* Analytical mindset with confidence using tools like Google Analytics, Excel, or Power BI.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving approach.
