Manage queries in a timely manner, resolving issues and complaints effectively to maintain strong customer satisfaction. Provide support to warehouse operations when required, including order preparation, stock handling, and goods-in processing. The Successful Candidate Previous background in customer service or trade counter environment. Confident in handling inbound and outbound calls. Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
