Experience and Qualifications
* A degree in Economics, Business Studies, or a related subject
* PGCE or QTS
* Experience teaching at KS4 is essential; KS5 experience preferred
* Strong classroom management skills and a proactive, reflective approach
* ECTs are welcome and will receive structured support throughout the year
Salary
The position is paid on the MPS/UPS scale, depending on experience and qualifications.
