About the position
The International Baccalaureate (IB) is undergoing a bold digital transformation - and this is your opportunity to be part of it.As a Product Management Specialist within our newly established Digital Office, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of IB’s digital product ecosystem. This isn’t just about managing products - it’s about reimagining how we serve schools, educators, and learners worldwide through digital innovation.
The Digital Office sits at the heart of our product strategy, with end-to-end responsibility for customer-facing products across our existing platforms and new ventures. You’ll join a multidisciplinary, impact-driven team responsible for delivering meaningful, measurable outcomes in a fast-evolving educational landscape.
As a Product Management Specialist, you’ll work on products in our Content and Educator Experiences domain. Design and optimize the platforms that support our educators—helping them deliver the best possible education for students and grow professionally with the IB. From curriculum delivery to professional learning, you’ll lead product experiences that empower teachers globally to engage with IB content and communities. Your work will ensure educators are supported through every stage of their journey—delivering real impact to learners every day.
