We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Wellbeing Manager to lead the delivery of our not for profit client. You will oversee a frontline team, shape the day-to-day delivery of programmes, and ensure that everyone accessing services is met with care and support. This role offers the opportunity to make a tangible difference, helping people navigate challenges and supporting them toward recovery.
* Lead, motivate, and manage a team of wellbeing staff, ensuring high-quality support
* Develop, implement, and monitor programmes and activities that meet the needs of service users
* Manage referrals, relationships with partner organisations, and funders to maintain and grow services
* Oversee performance, caseloads, budgets, and compliance with internal policies and quality standards
* Produce reports, case studies, and evaluations to demonstrate impact and inform service improvements
* Collaborate with other managers to support the wider directorate and ensure continuity of services
* Identify training needs and support staff development through coaching and workshops
🔹 What We’re Looking For:
* Experience in a managerial role, including staff supervision, programme management, and budget oversight
* At least 2 years’ experience delivering community-based programmes, ideally in health or social care
* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
* Proven ability to build relationships with external partners and stakeholders
* Ability to monitor performance, report on outcomes, and implement improvements
* Flexible, solution-focused, and able to respond calmly in challenging situations
* Relevant qualifications or equivalent experience in community development, social work, or related field
