Senior Architect / Senior Architectural Technologist – Hybrid | Cladding & Retrofit | £45,000–£55,000 | West Sussex
Lead complex remediation and retrofit projects, develop specialist expertise in Building Safety, and take real ownership of technical delivery within a respected RIBA Chartered practice. Hybrid working, clear progression, and technically challenging work from day one.
The Role
* Lead technical delivery on cladding remediation and retrofit schemes
* Produce and coordinate detailed Revit models, drawings, and specifications
* Support Gateway submissions and Building Safety compliance
* Coordinate consultants, contractors, and specialist suppliers
* Review technical details, materials, and manage design risk
About You
* Architect or Architectural Technologist
* Strong Revit skills
* Experience in cladding remediation, façade, or retrofit projects
* Working knowledge of the Building Safety Act and Gateway process
* Strong technical detailing and coordination ability
