Job Opportunity: Band 3 Community Therapy Assistant

Making every contact count by providing rehabilitation and equipment to patients to empower them to live well at home.
We are excited to offer a permanent, part-time position for a Band 3 staff member to join the Community Integrated Assessment Team within the Integrated Intermediate Care team.
The successful candidate will work as part of a multidisciplinary community-based team, assisting with the delivery of therapy and rehabilitation to patients referred to the Community Therapy Team.
This is a Trust-wide post, and the successful candidate may be required to work across Stockton and Hartlepool localities.
You will need to work flexibly, including extended day and seven-day working. In return, we offer robust induction support, opportunities for development under the guidance of experienced senior staff, and active support for CPD. We pride ourselves on the friendliness of our service.
