We’re looking for a results-driven Sales Executive (or Business Development Manager) with proven experience selling B2B IT or software services—ideally in QA, testing, or development outsourcing. You'll take ownership of the full sales cycle: from prospecting and lead qualification to pitching and closing deals.
Duties and Key Responsibilities
Identify and target new business opportunities in the UK and international markets
Build and manage a qualified pipeline of leads in Salesforce
Conduct discovery calls and present tailored QA/testing solutions to prospective clients
Collaborate with technical teams to scope requirements and prepare proposals
Negotiate contracts and close sales, achieving or exceeding sales targets and objectives.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Represent the company at industry events, meetups, or online demos
Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management on a regular basis.
Required Skills and Qualifications
~3–7 years of successful experience in B2B sales, preferably within IT services, SaaS, or QA/testing
~ Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
~ Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), QA/testing fundamentals, and software testing processes
~ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
~ Highly self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to manage pipelines and work independently
~ Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
~ Knowledge for testing process of software development and system maintenance is desirable.
Nice to Have
Experience selling software testing tool, QA consulting, or development outsourcing
Technical background or understanding of test automation tools
Experience selling into the Salesforce ecosystem is highly desirable
