Job Title - Hire Controller
Location: Brighton
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30 – 17:00 (42 hours per week)
Contract Type: Permanent
The Hire Controller, based in the depot, plays a vital role in operations, sales, and customer service. Building strong relationships is key, as the Hire Controller manages the entire hire process from order to delivery and collection, coordinating with various depot departments to meet customer needs and ensure satisfaction.
Daily tasks are primarily desk-based, involving collaboration with other departments, stock teams, drivers, and engineers to ensure timely fulfillment of customer requirements with available equipment and close contact.
