About your team:

Military & Athlete 2026 Talent Placement–VOID Partnerships Manager(June 2026 Intake).

Location:Hybrid with occasional office travel for collaboration and team meetings. For example: Windsor, London, Leicester, Stockport

Whatyou’lldo:

We have an exciting placement opportunity for aVOID Partnerships Managerwithin our Retail team.

In this role,you’llmanage relationships with key VOID partners, helping drivelong-termsuccess and strong commercial performance.You’llsupport the growth of our residential VOID energy portfolio by contributing to sales and retention through valued consumer partnerships.

Your work will help strengthenBritish Gasas the brand other businesses choose to partner with, through differentiated propositions and positive customer experiences. During the placement,we’llalso build your knowledge of our Residential Billing platforms and theend-to-endaccount creation process.

During your placement, you will:

1. Manageday-to-dayrelationships with new and existing VOID partners, ensuring service levels are met and delivering excellent customer service

2. Work directly with partners to support collaboration and performance

3. Collaborate with internal teams to drive efficiencies and help deliver retention and growth strategies

4. Communicate with partners across multiple channels, resolving enquiries from start to finish

5. Support the smooth running and optimisation of partnership processes, ensuring regulatory standards are met

15. Military Service Leavers(leaving the Forces or within the 2-year CTP window at application)

16. Elite Athletes(international competition experience and/or professional UK sports experience within the last two years)

17. Applicants who have not completed our pathway programme previously
