Multi-Trade Operative - Kitchens & General Maintenance (Reading & Surrounding Areas)
We're currently looking for an experienced Multi-Trade Operative to join a busy social housing contract, working across occupied and void properties in and around Reading/Berkshire.

Key duties:
3. Full kitchen installations
4. Basic plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance
5. Working in tenanted properties
6. Snagging and finishing to a high standard
7. Assisting with minor repairs and property upkeep as required
Requirements:
8. Proven experience in kitchen fitting or general maintenance
9. CSCS card preferred
10. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
