About the Role
As a Strategic People Partner, you'll work closely with senior leaders across one of our key operational areas, Central Support, to deliver high-impact people strategies. You'll be the bridge between business needs and HR expertise, driving performance, retention, and transformation initiatives.
What You'll Be Doing
Partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver strategic HR solutions
Leading workforce planning, organisational design, and change projects
Using people data and analytics to drive decision-making and continuous improvement
Collaborating across the People Team to ensure aligned and effective service delivery
Acting as a technical expert on complex HR matters including TUPE, restructures, and performance management
Championing employee engagement and communication strategies
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in People Business Partnering, ideally in high-volume, regulated sectors (e.g., care, retail, hospitality)
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
CIPD qualified or equivalent experience
Confident in leading change and driving strategic initiatives
