What is the job? As our Senior Director of Global Compensation and Benefits, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping a reward strategy that supports our growth and ensures fairness across all regions. This is a strategic leadership position where you’ll influence senior stakeholders and deliver solutions that attract and retain exceptional talent. You’ll oversee global compensation planning, job architecture, and benefits design, ensuring compliance with UK and international regulations. Working closely with HR, Finance, and business leaders, you’ll drive initiatives that balance competitiveness with equity, using data and market insights to inform decisions. This role offers the opportunity to make a tangible impact on our people strategy, while leading change and building frameworks that support career development and organisational success worldwide. What will you be doing? You will lead the design and delivery of a global compensation strategy that supports business objectives and promotes pay equity. You’ll manage the annual compensation cycle, including salary reviews, bonuses, and incentive programs, ensuring alignment with budgets and priorities. You will develop and communicate clear compensation policies and frameworks that comply with UK and international regulations. You’ll oversee global job architecture and benefits programs, ensuring consistency and compliance across regions. You will collaborate with senior leaders and HR teams to drive adoption of new programs and deliver data-driven insights that inform decision-making. About you Extensive experience in global compensation and benefits, including managing complex multi-region programmes and leading strategic initiatives. Strong knowledge of UK and international market trends, benchmarking practices, and regulatory requirements, with at least 5 years’ experience managing global programmes or processes. You’re confident influencing senior stakeholders and thrive in a fast-paced, global environment. Proven ability to oversee the implementation and optimisation of global HRIS and compensation platforms (e.g., Oracle HCM, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors), with strong capability in leveraging data and reporting for strategic decision-making.
