Junior Account Manager Wanted!
Our client is currently seeking a Junior Account Manager to join their contact management team, on a full-time permanent basis. The Junior Account Manager will be responsible for managing and maintaining key client relationships and sere as the main point of contact. The Junior Account Manager must have a desire and willingness to succeed and take ownership of projects.
Key Responsibilities for the Junior Account Manager:
1. Build and strengthen client relationships
2. Provide monthly financial and operational reporting to clients
3. Data analysis
4. Ensuring KPIs are met and maintained
5. Contract Administration
6. Project Management
7. Communicate contractual requirements within the wider business
8. Attend client meetings
Skills Required for the Junior Account Manager:
9. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation abilities
10. Excellent organisational, time management and planning skills
11. Comfortable using Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
12. Willingness to take ownership
13. Attention to detail
14. Driving License (Required)
