An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Technical Lead to join a leading organisation and play a key role in driving innovation, leading technical delivery, and supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Head of Technology in leading the technical team, overseeing daily operations and project delivery.
Manage full-stack software development projects from conception through to deployment.
Lead the design, development, and deployment of machine learning models and data tools within a cloud environment to improve credit and lending decisions.
Collaborate with underwriters and business teams to enhance and automate credit risk modelling and workflow processes.
Oversee the development and optimisation of the Zoho CRM platform, ensuring integration with other systems.
Develop, deploy, and maintain APIs and data infrastructure to enable scalable and reliable system communication.
Monitor model performance and system effectiveness to ensure alignment with business goals and compliance.Manage external relationships, including cybersecurity operations and infrastructure support.
Balance hands-on technical delivery with strategic oversight and continuous improvement.
Experience required
Strong bacgkround in Software Development, Data Science or Machine Learning
Advanced proficendy in Python and SQL
Expereince with Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP)
Expertise with CRM's
Strong understanding of cybersecurity, IT Infrastrcuture and Project Management
